Waldau Precinct - Manningham Council

Waldau Precinct. Masterplan Development

Manningham Council announced plans to review and improve the Waldau Precinct in March 2019 within which they include the Schramm Cottage area as well as Ruffey Park.

They asked for consultation and the leadership of the DTHS became intensively involved with trying to get the best out of the plan for the future access by the community of the historic buildings and their contents.

Schramm's Cottage and Ruffey Park Signage Upgrade Options 2023

DTHS is working with council to develop signage upgrades to the Schramm's Cottage Museum area. Current Signage is worn out and not able to be easily and quickly read by motorists passing at speed on Victoria Street.

Current signage travelling south on Victoria Street is worn out and unreadable from a car.  GoogleMaps

Possible replacement sign readable from a car.  Remove old sign.  GoogleMaps
