The Manningham Toy Library is a not-for-profit incorporated organisation owned by its members. The library is managed by a Committee that employs a Toy Library Coordinator, with members sharing roster duties. We rely on our members to ensure the smooth running of the toy library and to keep member fees to a minimum. Manningham Council supports the toy library by providing us with a premises and promotion, however we rely on member fees and fundraising to cover our running costs.
