Originally built as the office of the Templestowe Roads Board in 1869 and stood at the south-east corner of Parker and Ruffey Streets until 1920 when it was moved and altered to become the grandstand and changing rooms. It was replaced by another pavilion in the 1960s and again c2010. DP0532
